Step 8, Part 4

Part Four:

Expectations

.
Pa.
Expectations in GDI Team Elite, PMS & PLS:
.
.
The first expectation is that getting six members on your team in GDI or building a team in PMS and PLS usually takes a while.
.

Anything of value is created by real work and patience. Don’t be lured by instant success or fast money

One mentor I had many years ago said, “success is the lack of failure”.
Think about that for a moment! In order for there to be a success you have had to fail over and over again and have learned from many mistakes. Don’t let this discourage you. Like we always say: “Anything of value takes time to build it”, right.
.
As we mentioned in step Seven:
.
GDI, PMS and PLS are not get rich quick schemes. It is by working the program that will help you build a solid residual income. Those who stick with the program/s of your choice will make money. Our success can happen for you too – so stick with it!

Now, what are your expectations with getting a team and getting your six members with GDI, PMS and PLS? How fast do you think we can achieve that goal? Realize it depends on all of us. If we run the ad mailers, send out extra emails, reach out to contacts from prior programs, we can build the team quickly. .

Go back on Kathy’s site and just scroll down to some of her old blog pages and notice on average how many new members her team gets each month: Remember that “Subscribers” means that people subscribed to your email list. “Members” are those who have joined with the 7-day free period or who are paying GDI/PMS or PLS monthly:

.
Now consider on average how many people we get per week, and you might be able to get a feeling of how long it might take for you to get your six.
.
Remember also that there might be people who have reached Step 9 ahead of you and are in line first.
.
Also don’t forget this is teamwork and we all eventually share in the successes!
.
There’s still a lot more practical things to learn about becoming a team leader in Step Nine and it’s totally worth the wait as you will be positioning yourself to earn multiple income streams with your team and building your email list when you become a leader!
.
Take some time to read Albie’s article about how long it took him to become a leader –  it will help you a lot!
.
.
Share your thoughts about this with your Team Leader.
.
.

1) Have you attempted to talk to a six or seven figure mentor? You can do this for free through the seven-day free trial period of PMS or PLS or inquire from your direct team leaders six figure mentor. You also may join the Mentors Program for coaching to help you get a more close up look at your strengths and weaknesses.

.

2) When you are familiar with creating a post, what to write about, putting ads on your blog, duplication, additional income sources, and expectations of becoming a team leader, send your blog to your team leader or Albie so they can give you feedback on how it looks. Also contact your team leader so you can move on to Step Nine!

.

3) What are your thoughts about “duplicating leaders?” Make sure to explain your answer well.

.

4) Step Nine will prepare you with practical things to be a team leader! 3) Have you read the “Expectations” and what are your thoughts? Again, please share these with your team leader.

.

When you have completed these three tasks and your team leader emails you back, then there is a good chance you qualify to go to Step 9! Congrats!!
