Creating a Post on Your Website!

A. How to create a post:
.
Okay, Let’s start by helping you understand how to do edits to you blog, adding HTML, using your site editor, adding pictures and other things.

if you’re in GDI, then you already built your site in step 3 and got your bonuses.
.
If you’re in PMS, then you won’t have a blog, so its totally up to you if you want to learn how to set one up now or not. If you’re in PLS, then you can set up your WordPress blog by simply buying a new domain inside the members area and telling PLS to enable the “Power blog”. This will allow you to have unlimited subdomains inside your blog. You don’t want to set your first (original website you set up in PLS at the beginning) to your blog because this will make you lose your ability to have unlimited capture pages.

You will notice that the GDI blogs are not https and this is important to understand. Having a “secure site” is important IF you’re using SEO to make it visible on Google, and the other search engines. BUT if you only plan on using your site for your team, then http is fine. Many people who use safelists are used to http sites and you will still find many who visit your website in this niche.

However, if you want your site to be ranked on Google, Bing and Yahoo and are willing to put in the considerable effort to create SEO (search engine optimization) on your site, then we would encourage you to start with a free site with Wealthy Affiliate (WA).
.
You may get one free site with them but if you want it to be secure with https, then you will have to pay for the upgraded membership. The reason we bring up WA is because they are the leaders in helping affiliates create websites and blogs and learning how to use them to gain traffic from SEO.
.
Not only this but WA have all the right tools for SEO (that can easily cost $100 month at other places), extensive training on it (a huge amount is free too) and all the right bells and whistles on their websites to give you the best advantage of getting seen on the search engines. You can see your leaders link and join under them. Many leaders don’t have WA (at the time of this writing), so if that is the case, join Albie under his downline builder.

Just be yourself, do your best and keep things simple.

B. What to write about:
.
Your main effort should be advertising the team link and getting 1000 clicks a week. But when you become the team leader you will have the option to write teams emails and post things on your site. This is not mandatory, but this is an idea that has worked in the past. You can inform your members via email about their clicks, and this is all that is required. Keeping it simple RIGHT!
However, as you get better at becoming a team leader you may want to inspire your team more through your website and also to use your website as a funnel and join other useful traffic and programs under you, so in order to do this you have to add the links and banners in your blog post.

If you don’t have experience in writing, you can take any of Albie’s articles and feel free to put them in your own words and share them. Give him credit if the article is not changed significantly (write in the article that this is according to Albie’s post and put the link to his article there).

When you share every week something of value to your team, there is much more understanding that you’re really trying to help your team. This way they know that you’re IN IT ALL THE WAY. Just make sure if you use other peoples articles that you give them proper credit.

A Team leader that’s only in it halfway will have team members dropping off quickly. So if you really try to earn your teams respect and trust they will stay much longer.
.
Here is one topic for consideration for you to copy and use:

C. Create Ads ON Your BLOG:

We would, however, encourage you to join some of these sites under your sponsor and create ads about opportunities that directly help your GDI/PMS/PLS Team. We have mentioned these before but will sum them up for you one more time so you can think about what ads you might like to add to your website:

*Secrets of the Big Dogs ( You can buy the e-book for $7 via your sponsors link. You will learn everything about online traffic from this book. This book is edited regularly. If you want you can promote it and there are a various options for promoting mentioned in it. I find promoting it by way of the Sixteen Steps the most effective and you will be able to do the same.

2) Go to your GDI / WordPress website post and choose the text editor
3) Paste the HTML text
4) Go to the visual editor, click on it to see your post clearly.
